Cancellation before shipment:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can visit My Orders in your Paw Point account and cancel a part or the complete order. In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the refund for the items cancelled will be initiated within 48-72 business hours. It will take an additional 4-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cancellation post shipment:
Please note that we don't entertain any cancellation requests for orders that have already been shipped. However, you can return a part or the complete order within 24 Hours of receiving the product by going to the My Orders section. The seal of the item(s) being returned should be intact and untampered with.
